Close to nature — far from the everyday rush
The strongest nearby experiences are the San, kayaking, cycling, Ulucz and the Pogórzanin railway. Sanok makes the most compelling year-round day trip.
The San — walk, picnic and sunset
The wild San is close by and makes a natural setting for a quiet walk or picnic. The recommended route still requires marking and seasonal checks.
Kayaking on the San — Kajak SAN
The strongest local experience: shared, natural and highly aligned with Jabłonica’s group character. The operator matches the route to the group.
Cycling in the San Valley and Green Velo
Quiet San Valley roads, woodland stretches and scenic loops. The site should ultimately provide three own GPX routes of different difficulty.
Sanok — open-air museum, Beksiński and icons
The strongest year-round plan: the open-air museum in the morning, a regional lunch and the Historical Museum with Beksiński and icons.
Church of the Ascension in Ulucz
One of the San Valley’s most atmospheric places, set on Dębnik hill. Best combined with the footbridge and a picnic.
The “Pogórzanin” narrow-gauge railway
A scenic, nostalgic journey that distinguishes the Dynów Foothills. Services with a longer stop or special event are strongest.

All practical information →Do we rent the entire retreat?
Yes. One booking includes both houses, the fenced grounds and the private SPA for one group only.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 14. The most comfortable setup is 10-13 adults or several families with children.
Are the sauna and jacuzzi private and included?
Yes. The SPA is reserved for your group and included in the standard stay.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome. Pets are accepted when declared in the booking and according to the house rules.
Is the property fenced?
Yes. About five cars fit inside, with additional parking on the owner’s land beyond the gate.
Is the property directly on the San River?
No. The San is about one kilometre away by road and cannot be seen from the houses.
Can we organise parties?
This is not a party venue. It is intended for quiet family stays, friends and pre-agreed small retreats.
Can we rent one house only?
The standard offer is the entire retreat. One house may exceptionally be available off-season by direct arrangement.
Is there an EV charger?
No. The property has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, but no electric vehicle charger.
