Practical answers before your stay
Do we rent the entire retreat?
Yes. One booking includes both houses, the fenced grounds and the private SPA for one group only.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 14. The most comfortable setup is 10-13 adults or several families with children.
Are the sauna and jacuzzi private and included?
Yes. The SPA is reserved for your group and included in the standard stay.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome. Pets are accepted when declared in the booking and according to the house rules.
Is the property fenced?
Yes. About five cars fit inside, with additional parking on the owner’s land beyond the gate.
Is the property directly on the San River?
No. The San is about one kilometre away by road and cannot be seen from the houses.
Can we organise parties?
This is not a party venue. It is intended for quiet family stays, friends and pre-agreed small retreats.
Can we rent one house only?
The standard offer is the entire retreat. One house may exceptionally be available off-season by direct arrangement.
Is there an EV charger?
No. The property has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, but no electric vehicle charger.
