1. Booking scope
A booking covers the entire Jabłonica retreat: both houses, prepared living areas, fenced grounds, terraces and private SPA for one group. The maximum occupancy is 14. Visitors require prior operator approval.
2. Nature of the stay
The property is intended for quiet stays. Loud parties and disruptive events are not permitted. Quiet hours and final check-in and check-out times require operator approval.
3. Responsibility
Guests are responsible for damage they cause, child supervision and following equipment instructions. Indoor smoking is prohibited. Deposit and damage reporting rules require final approval.
4. Safety
Faults must be reported promptly. Guests may not interfere with installations or safety systems. If CCTV is activated, monitored areas must be marked and described in the Privacy Policy.
Scope to be completed
The final text must identify the operator, WordPress hosting, Beds24, payment provider, email service, Booking.com, Airbnb, cookies, retention periods, guest obligations and applicable cancellation rules.
